How to make Firewire instruments mLAN-compatible?

Hello,

I'd be quite interested to hear from Yamaha e.g., if there are any thoughts how to connect a general Firewire instrument to mLAN? Please, check the link above. I.e., are there any possibilities at some point to get a Firewire to mLAN adaptation? Wouldn't this not be a good idea in order to extend the connectivity to 01x !

And, how would you now recommend Korg M3, for example, to be connected to the 01x?
